Vital Statistics

I bought my cottage on September 2, 2008. It is 620 square feet if you include the screened in porch, without that it is 480 square feet. Three HUGE bedrooms and a kitchen with a toilet in it :) That is going to all be changed. First major job was to rake the yard and trim/cut down a few trees. Ben was a huge help with that. Now we are working to clear out all the old paneling and sheet rock. The two main goals are to reinforce the roof and update the electricity from 60 to 100 amp service before winter.
